The iPhone 18 has landed
Apple's latest Pro iPhones are here. We've rounded up the latest UK network deals, what's new, and the accessories you'll want to have ready.
THE BIG NEWS
Apple's latest iPhone is officially here
The iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max officially went on sale in the UK on 18 September, following Apple's September launch. This year's Pro models bring a new 48MP Fusion Main camera with variable aperture, Apple's A20 Pro chip, improved sustained performance and major battery improvements, with the Pro Max getting Apple's biggest battery-life increase on an iPhone yet.
The range also arrives in four finishes: black, silver, glacier and the new burgundy, with storage options ranging from 256GB all the way up to 2TB. The iPhone 18 Pro starts at £1,199 in the UK, while the Pro Max starts at £1,299.
But buying the phone is only part of the upgrade. With different networks offering different combinations of upfront costs, monthly payments, data and extras, it pays to look beyond the headline monthly price.

So, where's the best place to buy iPhone 18 in the UK?
There is no “best” iPhone 18 deal, it really depends on how much data you need, whether you have a phone to trade in and whether you value extras such as roaming, entertainment subscriptions or faster network speeds.
Here at WYE we have compared the latest offers from some of the UK's biggest networks to help make sense of what's available!
EE — best for extras and premium plans
EE currently offers iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max contracts across its range of plans, with unlimited data options and different speed tiers. Its iPhone-specific plans include benefits such as 5G+, data gifting and EU roaming, while its higher-tier Full Works plan includes Apple One and additional roaming benefits.
Current EE iPhone 18 Pro pricing shown online starts from around £55.49 per month, with £30 upfront on the handset, although the final price varies depending on storage, contract length and plan. EE also advertises trade-in savings of up to £624.
Best for: People who want a premium network experience and value extras such as Apple One, roaming and uncapped speeds.
O2 — best for perks and trade-in
O2's current iPhone 18 Pro deals start from around £50.49 per month with £30 upfront and 5GB of data, while the Pro Max starts from £52.73 per month with £30 upfront and 5GB. Both are based on 48-month contracts. O2 is also offering up to £580 off when you trade in an eligible phone.
One of O2's biggest advantages is what comes alongside the handset. Customers get access to O2 Priority, while O2 is also highlighting O2 Satellite at no extra cost on its current iPhone 18 Pro Max offering.
Best for: Existing O2 customers, people who value Priority perks and anyone with an eligible phone to trade in.
Vodafone — best for flexibility and trade-in
Vodafone has taken an interesting approach with its iPhone 18 deals. Its current headline pricing can look particularly low because the advertised monthly price includes trade-in savings.
Vodafone's current standard-plan pricing starts from £10.53 per month for iPhone 18 Pro with £40 upfront, or £12.57 per month for Pro Max with £50 upfront, based on a 48-month phone plan, 24-month airtime plan and an included trade-in saving.
If you want faster speeds, Vodafone SuperMobile starts from £20.53 per month for Pro and £22.57 per month for Pro Max, again based on trade-in savings. SuperMobile offers up to four times faster speeds on Vodafone's 5G+ FastTrack network, alongside guaranteed minimum speeds and built-in security.
Vodafone is also offering Xchange, allowing eligible iPhone 18 customers to upgrade to a new iPhone every year on qualifying 24-month plans, at no extra cost.
Best for: People trading in an existing phone, customers wanting flexible plan lengths or anyone interested in upgrading regularly.

THE CAMERA UPGRADE
The camera is one of the biggest changes
One of the headline upgrades is Apple's new 48MP Fusion Main camera with variable aperture, this is a first for iPhone.
Instead of relying on a fixed aperture, the new system can adjust between different aperture settings, giving users more control over light and depth of field. Apple states it can improve low-light photography while helping create more "natural-looking depth" in photos.
For anyone who uses their phone as their main camera, this could be one of the most meaningful upgrades in the new generation. Whether for professional or personal use, this upgrade is one to note!

THE SURPRISE
And then there's iPhone Duo
Apple has also introduced something completely different: iPhone Duo, its first foldable iPhone.
Duo opens into a 7.6-inch inner display and is designed around a new foldable version of the iOS experience, giving users more space for multitasking, gaming and watching content. Apple describes it as the thinnest iPhone ever when unfolded.
In the UK, iPhone Duo is scheduled to be available from 23 October 2026, with pre-orders opening on 16 October. It starts at £1,999.

What's the best-value iPhone 18 deal?
The cheapest monthly payment isn't necessarily the cheapest overall deal.
When comparing iPhone 18 contracts, look at:
The total cost: Add the upfront payment and every monthly payment across the full contract.
Your data allowance: A £10-a-month saving isn't much use if you're constantly running out of data.
Trade-in value: If you're upgrading from an existing iPhone, compare how much each network is actually giving you for your old device.
Price increases: Check whether your monthly plan is scheduled to increase during the contract.
The extras: Apple One, roaming, Priority, insurance and other perks can make a more expensive plan worthwhile if you'd pay for those services separately.
As a current benchmark, independent comparisons checked in early October put iD Mobile's 150GB offers among the lowest total-cost options for the Pro and Pro Max, while O2, Vodafone and Three also have competitive offers depending on data and upfront costs.
Our verdict: If you're purely chasing the lowest overall cost, compare the total contract cost rather than the headline monthly payment. If you're looking for a premium bundle of extras, EE, O2 and Vodafone each have compelling reasons to choose them.
