Magnetic compatibility guidance

The holding strength depends on the phone, case material, case thickness and position of the magnetic plate. For the strongest connection, use a smartphone with built-in magnetic compatibility or a suitable magnetic case.

A non-magnetic phone may require a metal mounting plate. The plate should be positioned centrally and attached securely before use. Thick, uneven or heavily textured cases may reduce the magnetic connection.

This holder should not be confused with a wireless charger. A metal plate may interfere with wireless charging if positioned directly between the phone and a separate wireless-charging coil.

Installation guidance

Select a strong and stable air-vent blade that can support the combined weight of the holder and smartphone. Attach the mounting section firmly and confirm that it cannot slide or rotate excessively.
