Magnetic compatibility guidance

For the strongest attachment, use a smartphone with built-in magnetic alignment or an appropriate magnetic case. Phones without magnetic compatibility may require a securely fitted magnetic or metal mounting plate.

Position the plate centrally so the phone remains balanced on the holder. Very thick, uneven or heavily textured cases may reduce the magnetic holding strength.
